en people are asked to describe Google, one of the first descriptors they use might be useful. Helpful. Reliable.

While Google may be all of those things, it is definitely not perfect.

Case in point, Gmail marked this email as Spam.

Talk about the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing.

They have algorithms that track which keywords customers are searching for, but nothing to prevent an email from one of their own services being tucked into the spam folder.

That seems like something that they would want to prevent from happening.

Maybe they should spend less time messing with their search engine algorithms and more time making sure their stuff actually makes it into your inbox.
